1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cs-enterprises.net (the "Site") and the services offered by C&S Enterprises LLC, doing business as C&S Remodeling ("C&S," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, submitting a form, or communicating with us electronically, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.

2. About Our Services

C&S Remodeling is a residential design-build remodeling contractor serving San Antonio and the surrounding Texas Hill Country. Information on this Site — including project galleries, service descriptions, and general pricing guidance — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a bid, estimate, contract, or offer to perform work. All work is performed only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

3. Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Terms

3.1 Program Description

C&S Enterprises LLC (d/b/a C&S Remodeling) sends text message updates and responses to residential remodeling and home improvement customers and prospective customers about appointments, project scheduling and status, estimates, pricing, and products and services offered at cs-enterprises.net.

3.2 Consent and Opt-In

You may opt in to receive text messages from C&S by:

• Checking the SMS consent box on a contact, estimate request, or appointment form on cs-enterprises.net;
• Providing your mobile number and verbally agreeing to receive text messages during a phone call or in-person consultation, which we document in our project records;
• Signing a service agreement, change order, or project document that includes text message consent; or
• Texting a keyword such as START or JOIN to [TEXT NUMBER].

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service from C&S. You must be the subscriber of the mobile number you provide, or be authorized to consent on the subscriber's behalf, and you must be 18 or older.

When you opt in to the service, we may send you a message to confirm your signup.

3.3 Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your project. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. C&S does not charge for text messages.

3.4 Opting Out (STOP)

You can cancel this service at any time. Just text STOP to [TEXT NUMBER]. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending you messages again.

We also honor opt-out requests communicated by any other reasonable method, including replying with words such as UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT, calling us at 210-998-6289, or emailing info@cs-enterprises.net. Opt-out requests are processed as soon as practicable and in all cases within ten (10) business days.

Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of phone calls or email, and does not affect any active service agreement between us.

3.5 Getting Help (HELP)

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to [TEXT NUMBER]. After you send the message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe. You may also reach us at 210-998-6289 or info@cs-enterprises.net.

3.6 Supported Carriers

Participating carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central, IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless).

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3.7 Device and Delivery

Text messaging requires a compatible handset and an active wireless plan. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or delivered to the wrong number if you provided an incorrect number or failed to notify us of a number change.

3.8 Privacy

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our servers, or related systems;
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form, including phone numbers you are not authorized to provide;
• Upload or transmit malicious code, or interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
• Use the Site or our communications for any unlawful, harassing, or infringing purpose.

5. Submissions, Estimates, and Communications

Forms on this Site let you request information, schedule a consultation, or request an estimate. Submitting a form does not create a contractual relationship, reserve a project slot, or obligate either party. Any pricing shown or discussed prior to a signed agreement is an estimate only and is subject to site conditions, selections, scope, permitting, and material availability.

By providing your contact information, you consent to be contacted by C&S by phone, email, or (where you have separately consented) text message regarding your inquiry.

Calls and text messages to and from C&S may be recorded or logged for quality assurance and record-keeping purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, project images, renderings, drawings, logos, trademarks, and design elements — is owned by C&S Enterprises LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

Project photographs depict completed work by C&S and are not a representation that identical results, materials, or pricing are available for any other project.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or embed third-party websites, tools, or services (for example, review platforms, financing partners, scheduling tools, and analytics or advertising providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's terms and privacy policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site is complete, current, or accurate.

This section applies to the Site only. It does not limit, waive, or modify any warranty expressly provided in a signed construction or remodeling agreement between you and C&S, or any warranty required under Texas law.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, C&S ENTERPRISES LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE TEXT MESSAGING SERVICE, INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM DELAYED OR UNDELIVERED MESSAGES. Our total aggregate liability arising from the Site or the text messaging service will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

Again, this section applies to the Site and messaging service only and does not limit our obligations under a signed remodeling agreement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless C&S Enterprises LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of a phone number you were not authorized to provide.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
